A double cylinder or a key left inside can affect the opening method. Non-destructive entry depends on the lock and door; it cannot be guaranteed.
Know the cost before you agree
Send your address and a picture of the lock if possible. We discuss availability, expected arrival time and the cost. All services are available 24/7; arrival times are confirmed for each address.
Bring proof of access
Have your ID and proof of address ready. If those are inside, discuss another way to confirm your right of access. Keep your invoice and check your own insurance policy for coverage.
